LCO Hosts Second of Two GOTV Rallies, Jeanne Bruce Attending

You’re invited to the New Post Historic Stone Building for a rally on Saturday, Oct. 26 to get out the vote in this year’s general election in November. Jeanne Bruce, Democratic candidate for the Wisconsin 74th District Assembly seat, has confirmed she will attend.
Rick St. Germaine, LCO tribal elder and historian, will host the event. Gather with your friends; enjoy delicious chili and fluffy fry bread; and get a chance to win door prizes—including three birch bark trays and Quick Stop gift certificates.

LCO Hosts First of Two GOTV Rallies—Bruce, Kilbourn, Tiffany Attending

You’re invited to the Lac Courte Oreilles Reserve Elder Center for a rally on Saturday, Oct. 19 to get out the vote in this year’s general election in November. As of Monday, Oct. 14, Jeanne Bruce, Democratic candidate for the Wisconsin 74th District Assembly seat; Kyle Kilbourn, Democratic candidate for the 7th Congressional District seat in the U.S. House; and Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany, who now holds the 7th CD seat, will attend.
Host Rick St. Germaine, LCO tribal elder and historian, has also invited Republican Chanz Green, who now holds the 74th District Assembly seat in the Wisconsin Legislature. We’ll update you as soon as we get more information.
Speakers will also include elders and other representatives from the LCO Tribe. This is one of two rallies planned this month, and it promises to be an inspiring event!
